Most Salesforce orgs underperform.
We find out why — then fix it.

Whether you’re implementing for the first time, inheriting an org built by people who no longer work there, or trying to finally get ROI on a platform you’ve been paying for for years — we’ve seen it before, and we know how to untangle it.

Is this for you?

You’re in the right place if…

Salesforce problems look different on the surface. Underneath, they’re usually the same three or four things. See if any of these sound familiar.

Your Salesforce org was built 3–5 years ago by someone who no longer works here — and nobody fully understands what they built
You have hundreds of custom fields, redundant workflows, and Apex code your current admin is afraid to touch
Your pipeline reports don’t match reality and leadership has quietly stopped trusting them
You’re paying for Sales Cloud Enterprise and your team uses a fraction of what it can do
You need CPQ, territory management, or a Service Cloud build and don’t know where to start
You’re still on Classic and know Lightning is coming — but the migration feels like it could break everything
What we do

The specific problems
we solve in Salesforce

Each engagement type below is something we run regularly — not a category we invented to fill a grid.

New Salesforce Implementation

Sales Cloud built around your actual sales motion — objects, record types, page layouts, sharing rules, and automation designed before a single field is created.

Org Audit & Tech Debt Cleanup

We assess what’s in your org — redundant fields, conflicting automation, dead Apex — and produce a prioritised remediation plan with clear impact vs effort.

CRM Migration to Salesforce

Moving from HubSpot, Dynamics, Pipedrive, or a spreadsheet stack. We model the data, map every relationship, and validate every record before it lands in your org.

Lightning Migration

Classic to Lightning without breaking what works. We audit for compatibility, redesign layouts for Lightning UX, and manage the cutover so your team hits the ground running.

CPQ & Revenue Cloud

Configure-price-quote for complex catalogues, discount approval chains, and contract management — so your reps send accurate quotes in minutes, not days.

Service Cloud Setup

Case management, entitlements, SLAs, omni-channel routing, and knowledge base — configured so your service team has full customer context on every interaction.

Flow & Automation Architecture

Record-triggered flows, scheduled jobs, approval processes, and custom Apex where Flow reaches its limits — built to be maintainable, not just functional.

Integrations & Connected Systems

Connect Salesforce to your ERP, billing system, or marketing platform. Native connectors and MuleSoft where they fit; custom API where they don’t.

How we work

What a Salesforce engagement
actually looks like

Salesforce projects fail when consultants start configuring before they understand. We deliberately slow down the beginning so the build never has to stop and restart.

Week 1–2

Discover & Audit

We audit your existing org or current CRM, interview stakeholders, and document your actual business process. You get a findings report before we propose anything.

Week 2–3

Architecture Design

Data model, object relationships, security model, automation logic, integration architecture. You review and approve a full technical blueprint before build starts. No surprises at go-live.

Week 3–10

Build & Configure

We build in sprints with weekly demos. You see working Salesforce functionality at every checkpoint — not a final reveal at the end of month three.

Week 10–11

UAT & Data Validation

Your team tests real scenarios in a sandbox. We fix, retest, and sign off together. Data migration validated record by record before any cutover to production.

Week 12

Train & Go Live

Role-specific training for admins, managers, and end users separately. We stay on for a hypercare period post-launch — typically two weeks — to catch anything that only surfaces under real usage.

Ongoing

Admin Support & Optimisation

Retained admin support, quarterly optimisation reviews, and release management as Salesforce updates three times a year. Or we hand off to your in-house admin with full documentation. Your choice.

Results

What changes after we’re done

Replace these with your real case study data. Specific outcomes convert far better than any capability claim.

Manufacturing — 280 employees
74%

reduction in quote turnaround after CPQ implementation on Sales Cloud Enterprise

Org audit first: removed 340 unused fields, consolidated 12 overlapping workflows into 3 Flows. CPQ built on clean foundation. Reps went from 3-day quotes to same-day.

Financial services — 500 employees
8 wks

to migrate from Dynamics 365 to Salesforce Sales Cloud with zero deal data lost

Full data model remap across 4 years of opportunity history, 60k contacts, and 200k activities. Custom ERP integration built concurrently. Live on time, under budget.

Common questions

Things people ask before
they get in touch

If your question isn’t here, a 15-minute call will answer it faster than any FAQ.

How long does a Salesforce implementation take?
A focused Sales Cloud implementation runs 8–12 weeks. Multi-cloud projects covering Sales, Service, and CPQ typically take 16–24 weeks. Timeline is driven more by your team’s availability for reviews and UAT than by our build speed. We scope this precisely after discovery.
We already have a Salesforce admin. Can you work alongside them?
Yes — and it’s often the best arrangement. We handle architecture, complex automation, and Apex while your admin manages day-to-day configuration. We document everything we build so your admin can maintain it after we hand over. We never create dependency by design.
Our org is a mess from years of internal customisation. Where do you start?
With an audit. We won’t touch your production org until we understand what’s in it. The audit gives you a full picture of technical debt, conflicting automation, redundant fields, and security issues — with a prioritised remediation plan. Most clients say the audit alone was worth it.
Can you migrate our data from HubSpot or another CRM?
Yes. We’ve migrated into Salesforce from HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Pipedrive, Zoho, Sugar, and spreadsheet-based systems. We build a full field mapping, run test migrations in sandbox, validate record counts and relationships, and only move to production when everything checks out.
Do you write Apex code, or only declarative configuration?
Both. We default to declarative tools — Flow, validation rules, formula fields — because they’re easier to maintain. Where Flow hits governor limits or requires logic declarative tools can’t handle cleanly, we write Apex. All custom code is documented, tested, and reviewed before deployment.
What does a Salesforce engagement cost?
A standalone org assessment starts from a fixed fee. Full implementations are scoped and priced after discovery — you’ll have a clear, itemised proposal before any work starts. Salesforce projects go over budget when scope is vague. We fix scope before we fix price.
